Client: Johannesburg Development Agency Status: Completed Description Development of the Walter Sisulu Square of Dedication to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the signing of the Freedom Charter. PCE provided the electrical and mechanical engineering services comprising of HVAC, Bulk electrical supply, street lighting and National Government pre-paid meters.
