Architectural design:A division within Palace Technologies that provides sustainable design and green architecture services. Our range of services cover the following:
Jozi style: A design competition won by the Architectural Design Division to design a residential development system that reflects the City of Joburg whilst offering a greater degree of housing flexibility and choice. Council for geoscience: Design and construction of a new corporate building for the Council of Geoscience incorporating sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions. Royal palace lesotho: Following an international design competition, Palace Architects was awarded the contract to render Architectural services for the Design and Construction of the New Royal Palace in Maseru. Part of the scope of work was the investigation and implementation of energy efficient solutions, use of renewable energy and the management of water. Large scale housing project: Palace Technologies were appointed by Eskom as part of a consortium for the construction of housing to accommodate personnel and contractors stationed at the Medupi Power Station Project. The Architectural Division of Palace Technologies was part of this project where about one thousand, two hundred and eighty (1280) houses and apartments were handed over to the Client, and an additional one thousand, one hundred and twelve (1112) houses and apartments have been designed. Architectural services: We are always researching new ways to provide our clients with innovative, sustainable energy efficient solutions to their property design requirements. We adhere to the code of the Green Building Council of South Africa in that our architectural design solutions ensure that buildings or structures have a minimal impact on the environment whilst providing adequate, healthier and more productive environments for people to work and live in.
