Description

The project comprises two main structures, namely the Factory complex and the Water and Effluent Treatment Plant.

Factory Site
This site is situated on Lot 541 / T of the Matsapha industrial township along King Mswati III West Avenue. An earthworks platform was cut into existing ground to form a level working platform. Three major structures and a series of auxiliary structures have been built on this platform.

Dye House
This structure has an approximate plan area of 90m x 87m and consists of a single volume composite structure, incorporating both reinforced concrete and structural steel elements.
