Client: Greater East Rand Metropolitan Council Status: Completed Description The provision of consulting municipal civil engineering services and project management of water, sanitation, roads and storm water for an affordable housing development in Duduza, Thembisa, Kempton Park, Johannesburg, South Africa including the electrification planning of the project. The project duration was one and half years at an estimated cost of USD3.0m. The scope of our services excluded the top structure ( house ).
