Client: Kempton Park Tembisa Metropolitan Local Council Description A Palace Engineering Services and Plantech joint venture was appointed to provide consulting engineering services for the design and project management of 132kV double circuit overhead line and substation. The substation was designed for five-off 132/11/6.6kV transformers. The project period was from 1999 to 2003 and total cost of R37m.
